About design
After your initial consultation, we move into the design phase—where your vision becomes a detailed, tangible plan. Working together, we’ll refine every detail until you have the kitchen or bathroom you’ve always wanted.
Design Package

- Multiple design options. Up to 3 preliminary layouts drawn to scale, so you can consider different design configurations for your space.
- Detailed drawings and renderings. Dimensioned floor plans, 2D elevations, and 3D renderings that bring your design to life.
- Complete spatial planning. Appliance locations, door and window placement, appropriate seating, and countertop layouts. We’ll also explore options for enlarging your space by removing walls if applicable.
- Cabinet specifications. Specific cabinet designations with interior details such as rollout shelves, pullout waste bins, drawer organizers and so on.
- Material and product guidance. Design discussions on recommended finishes, products, and colors to bring your vision together.
- Design revisions. Up to 3 rounds of revisions to perfect your space.
- Complete shopping list. Everything you’ll need for your kitchen or bathroom project if you decide to make your material selections yourself.
Optional: Over 25 years of working in the industry has built a network of trusted general contractors, material vendors and specialty sources who consistently deliver quality results. Clients are welcome to manage their project independently with the completed design, or additional guidance and support can be provided throughout construction and material selection. This optional service taps into established relationships and industry knowledge to support a smoother project experience.
